Returning from a day of sampling, this boat was idling about an hour from shore. As you can see in the video, it has two tanks - one on the bow, and one off-board, semi-submerged off the stern. We have asked several fishermen and those experienced in marine operations: no one has ever seen a setup like this. Do you know what it is?

We know now that the dispersants are also being sprayed off of these boats.
