TOTAL VICTORY! "DEP REVOKES DAN A. HUGHES COMPANY'S PERMITS AND FILES LAWSUIT IN COLLIER COUNTY."
This means Dan A. Hughes has been permanently shut down in Southwest Florida! 115,000 acres in the heart of the Everglades in the midst of the Everglades Restoration Project in our watersheds and headwaters saved from new drilling and extreme extraction and illegal operations.
The DEP lawsuit is for remediation and cleanup or whatever ways the company can be held accountable.
